Same situations is true for Virginia as they are now back at their preseason ranking of second. The Lady Vols are up one position from January to take third. Texas men don't give an inch as they are unanimously voted number one by the committee. California and Michigan hold at number two and three for the third straight poll. Indiana maintains fourth for the second time in a row while NC State jumps back into the top five on the men's side.
USC (21), North Carolina (23), Harvard (23) and Utah (25) are all back in the Top 25 this February after receiving votes in January. With the exception of these four teams, every team held within three spots of their January ranking.
