The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released the December edition of the 2022-23 Division II Swimming & Diving Top 25 Dual Meet Rankings. The Drury men and the Colorado Mesa women took the top spot from the Indianapolis men & women, both of whom are now ranked second.

On the men's side, the Drury Panthers (297 points) jumped from third to first with nine first-place votes. The Indianapolis Greyhounds (291) slid to second, but tallied three first-place votes. Rounding out the top five were Colorado Mesa (269), McKendree (264) and Findlay (255). Of the Top 25 teams, twenty-three teams appeared on all ballots while twenty-eight teams received at least one vote. Impressively, this month's rankings saw four previously unranked teams jump into the Top 25, highlighted by Delta State (177) earning a spot in the top ten. 

For the women, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks (298 points) made a massive leap from sixth to first, earning ten first-place votes. The Greyhounds (290) are now second with two first-place votes. Nova Southeastern (275), Tampa (264) and Drury (253) are third through fifth. Of the top 25 teams, twenty-three teams appeared on all ballots with twenty-eight women's teams receiving at least one vote. Similar to the men, this month's rankings saw four previously unranked teams jump into the Top 25, highlighted by Simon Fraser (124) at the #14 position.
