December 9, 2024 – CSCAA is excited to announce that Swim Across America is sponsoring a scholarship for the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Coach Academy. This initiative supports the development of collegiate swimming and diving coaches, fostering excellence and leadership in the sport.

The scholarship covers full registration for the CSCAA Annual Meetings, the Coach Academy program, and the prestigious Annual Awards Banquet. Additionally, lodging at the host property will be provided.

Applicants must currently coach at a collegiate institution or aspire to a collegiate-level coaching position and be a CSCAA member. Interested candidates are encouraged to complete the online application by December 31, 2024. The scholarship recipient will be notified by January 31, 2025, and must be prepared to accept the award.

The 2025 CSCAA Annual Meetings and Coach Academy will take place in Raleigh, North Carolina at the Marriott Crabtree Hotel. The program begins Sunday, May 4, 2025 and concludes on-site later that week. The comprehensive program spans two phases over 12 months, combining in-person and virtual sessions designed to enhance skill sets, provide mentorship opportunities and build lasting professional networks.
