Preliminary results of the CSCAA Coaching Salary report are now available to member coaches. In 2015-16 the typical head coach earned an average of $60,976 in institutional pay plus an average of $8,489 from non-school pay.

Initial results from the 2016 CSCAA Salary Survey show that head college swimming coaches earn an average of $66,154. Early returns, however show a wide variance in those results.
