Shinofield to Take USA Swimming Post
USA Swimming, the national governing body for the sport of swimming in the United States, today announced the hiring of CSCAA Executive Director Joel Shinofield as Managing Director of Sport Development. Greg Earhart will assume responsibilities as Interim Executive Director.
