Coaches rarely get the opportunity to address a crisis until it’s too late.  When it comes to addressing crises, Paradigm Four Consulting’s Brian Curtis has seen it all – and much of it, unfortunately, comes from the swimming and diving world.

To begin, it’s important to define what a crisis is.  A crisis is anything that:

  • Negatively impacts you, your program or your University’s reputation;

  • Can lead to suspension or dismissal; or
