2024-2025 CSCAA Event Information

The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced the dates for the 2024-25 College National Open Water Championship, National Invitational Championship (NIC), and the CSCAA Annual Meetings.

The College National Open Water Championship is set for Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Biscayne Bay, located on Florida International University’s campus in Miami, Florida. After a successful inaugural event in 2022 and a weather-related cancellation in 2023, the CSCAA and FIU are eager to host another exceptional competition for student-athletes across all divisions. Additional details, including hotel group rates, are available here.

The NIC, presented by Myrtha Pools, will return to FAST from March 13-15, 2025, marking its second consecutive year at this venue. As the nation’s largest postseason college swimming championship, the NIC will bring together over 60 teams and 800 competitors. The inaugural NIC at FAST was highly successful, benefiting from the venue’s indoor competition pool and outdoor warm-up and cool-down facilities. Qualifying times for the 2025 National Invitational Championship can be found here.

The 2025 Annual Meetings will take place from May 4-6, 2025, at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley in Raleigh, NC. These meetings are the ultimate leadership gathering for college swimming and diving coaches, featuring over three days of programming with NCAA breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and numerous networking opportunities. Members are encouraged to register for the meetings with their annual CSCAA membership renewal, with more details to be released soon.

CSCAA events are essential for preserving and promoting the sport of swimming and diving. These gatherings unite coaches, administrators, and athletes from across the country, fostering a strong community dedicated to the sport’s growth and integrity. By offering opportunities for competition, professional development, and collaboration, CSCAA events maintain high standards, promote innovation, and keep the sport vibrant and accessible. They also provide key platforms for advocating for the sport’s interests, ensuring that swimming and diving continue to thrive in collegiate athletics.
