Women's Advisory Committee
Mission
The mission of the CSCAA Women’s Advisory Committee is to collaborate with all coaches to advance women in coaching through intentional initiatives that highlight, discuss and elevate the conversation about how to support and keep women in coaching positions at all levels.
The Women’s Advisory Committee, sponsored and supported by Speedo operates year-round, with bi-monthly committee meetings, monthly leadership team sessions, and regular subcommittee engagement to drive initiatives forward. These collective efforts culminate in an in-person meeting at the CSCAA Annual Meetings each May.
