CSCAA 2026 Annual Meetings & Awards Celebration

The CSCAA Annual Meetings, presented by PoolCorp and open to CSCAA members, will be a compact event filled with divisional breakouts, education and speaker sessions, top industry vendors, and the Annual Awards Celebration. The 2026 event will be held May 3–5, 2026, in Chicago, IL, with the Annual Awards Celebration taking place on May 4, 2026.
Every year, the CSCAA Annual Meetings bring together coaches, vendors, and industry leaders for three days of impactful discussion, decision-making, education, and celebration. This event addresses key business matters across all divisions, offers a platform to vote on issues shaping the future of our sport, and honors those who have made a lasting impact on our sport.
Loews Chicago O’Hare will host the meetings and is conveniently located near O’Hare International Airport with easy access to public transportation. 2026 Annual Meetings
The CSCAA Annual Meetings will span two and a half days and offer opportunities for everyone to network, celebrate, and engage with dynamic speakers. The schedule is designed to bring our community together through meaningful conversations, shared learning, and recognition of excellence.
The 2026 CSCAA Annual Meetings will be hosted at the beautiful Loews Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois—just minutes outside Chicago! For those flying in, Chicago O’Hare International Airport is only five minutes away, making travel easy and convenient.
Hotel booking links are now open. The Loews offers a premier location for attendees and provides complimentary shuttle service to and from O’Hare for a seamless arrival experience.
