Steve Collins, Former Head Coach of Southern Methodist University, has been selected by members of the CSCAA for the 2024 National Collegiate Scholastic Trophy, in recognition of his contributions to college swimming. He will be recognized at the 63rd Annual CSCAA Awards Celebration on May 6th in Indianapolis at the Hyatt Regency.
Social Media Innovator, Kyle Sockwell, Named Franklin Winner
Kyle Sockwell has been named the Ben Franklin Award recipient by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA). This award, selected by the CSCAA’s Board of Directors, recognizes a swimming or diving graduate whose efforts and innovations best promote the integrity and enhancement of the student-athlete ideal.
CSCAA Honors Andrew Young with McCaffree Award
Andrew Young has been named the Charles McCaffree Award winner by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA). The award, selected by the CSCAA’s Board of Directors, recognizes a swimming or diving graduate who has achieved outstanding success outside of the pool. Andrew Young will be recognized at the 63rd Annual CSCAA College Swimming & Diving Awards on May 5th in Indianapolis.
Dennis Dale Selected for 2024 CSCAA Lifetime Achievement Award
Longtime Minnesota head coach Dennis Dale has been selected to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Executive Board of the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

Doug Grooms has been selected as the 2024 Richard E. Steadman Award Winner for doing the most to spread happiness in the sport of swimming and diving. Fall Scholar All-America Teams Named
The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has selected 729 teams from 450 institutions to the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2021 semester. Teams were selected on the basis of their Fall 2019 grade point averages and represent 18,029 student-athletes.
