Pete Hovland Selected as National Collegiate Scholastic Trophy Winner
Pete Hovland, Head Coach of Oakland University, has been selected by members of the CSCAA for the 2022 National Collegiate Scholastic Trophy, in recognition of his contributions to college swimming. He will be recognized at the 62nd Annual CSCAA Awards Celebration on May 8th, in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Tara Kirk Sell has been named the Charles McCaffree Award winner by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA). The award, selected by the CSCAA’s Board of Directors, recognizes a swimming or diving graduate who has achieved outstanding success outside of the pool. Dan Colella has been selected as the 2023 Richard E. Steadman Award Winner for doing the most to spread happiness in the sport of swimming and diving. Colella was selected by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association’s (CSCAA) Board of Directors and will be recognized at the 62st Annual CSCAA College Swimming & Diving Awards on May 8th, in Orlando, Florida.
Bauerle Selected for 2023 CSCAA Lifetime Achievement Award
The University of Georgia’s Jack Bauerle has been selected to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Executive Board of the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA). In his 43-year long career at the helm of the Georgia program, Bauerle experienced success every way measurable.
