Hrovat, Most-Decorated Dive Coach in CSCAA History, Retires

After 31 years, 48 national champions, 294 All-Americans and hundreds of thousands of hours on the pool deck, Dave Hrovat is hanging up his flip flops. The longest-tenured coach in Clarion athletics history will retire in June. Hrovat is the most-decorated diving coach in CSCAA history, having earned twenty-six Coach-of-the-Year honors over his career.

Augustana (SD) Add’s Men’s Program

Augustana University has announced the addition of two sports beginning with the 2021-22 school year. Men’s swimming & diving and the NCAA emerging sport of women’s acrobatics and tumbling are set to bring the Viking athletics offerings to 21 sports.
Bluefield State Adds Teams for 2021-22

Bluefield State University has become the first university to announce the addition of men’s and women’s swimming for the 2021-22 season. In doing so, the Big Blues become the second Historically Black College and University (HBCU) to sponsor swimming, joining Division I Howard University. The announcement brings the total of new teams established since 2016 to seventy-three.
Division II All-American Team Selected
The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has selected its Division III All-American team. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, the CSCAA Board adjusted the selection criteria for each Division.
