CSCAA and Vasa Announce New Partnership

The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America and Vasa, a leading producer of innovative swimming training products, announced a new partnership this week.

NIC Spectator Policy Announced

General spectators will not be permitted at the the 2022 National Invitational Championship. This decision has been made as a result of local health guidance, the growth of the championship, and a need to utilize spectator seating for student-athletes. The Championship will be streamed live, March 10, 11 and 12th at www.cscaa.org.

Hosts Sought for Spring Championship Seasons

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) is seeking hosts for the 2021 Spring Championship Series. The CSCAA Spring Championship Series will be held at multiple sites over multiple weekends. The competition will be open between April 8-25. Results from each site will be combined and published in a comprehensive set of results.

Elkhart Selected to Host 2021 & 2020 Championships

With a record number of teams and student-athletes descending on Cleveland for Thursday’s start of the 2020 National Invitational Championship (NIC), the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced that the Elkhart Health and Aquatics Center Elkhart, IN will host the (NIC) in 2021 and 2022. The NIC is the largest and most innovative college swimming championship in the country.

NIC To Move Forward Without Spectators

Based on recommendations provided by the State of Ohio, spectators will not be permitted to attend the National Invitational Championship (NIC) at Cleveland State University. Although no cases of coronavirus have been detected on the University campus, the decision to not admit spectators is a preventive effort that aims to minimize the potential for exposure.
