Heat Acclimation for Swimmers

As the summer of 2016 approaches, two things are on my mind: the Olympic Games and how darn hot it’s going to be in Florida in just a few weeks. At the warmest part of the afternoon, our young club swimmers who are running as part of a conditioning and athletic readiness program join me on the trails that surround the National Training Center.
