November 14, 2025 – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has released the November edition of the Division III Top 25 dual meet poll. The Emory Eagles have claimed the the top spots in each of the Division III November polls.
The committee, consisting of Division III coaches, assesses and ranks the nation’s top 25 dual meet teams. Their evaluation takes into account head-to-head dual meet outcomes, performances since the last rankings, season-long performances, dual meet records, roster changes (such as injuries), and data from the SwimCloud Simulator. It’s important to note that the poll’s objective is not to predict the top finishers in a championship meet format.
Emory (425) moves up one spot to take over the top position in the Division III Men’s November Poll, followed by Chicago (407) and Denison (387), who round out the top three. Carnegie Mellon (368) moves into the top five, sitting in fourth, with Kenyon (364) coming in at fifth. Notable jumps in the rankings include Pomona-Pitzer (298), which climbed 10 spots to ninth; UC Santa Cruz (225), which moved up 10 spots to 13th; and SUNY Geneseo (124), which rose seven spots to 18th. New entrants to the top 25 from outside last month’s poll are Trinity (TX) (115) at 19th, Gettysburg (69) at 22nd, John Carroll (59) at 23rd, and RIT (31) at 24th. In total, 27 teams received votes in this month’s poll.
On the women’s side, Emory (372) claims the top spot in our second poll of the year, with NYU (361) and Kenyon (346) coming in second and third, respectively. Denison (327) ranks fourth, with MIT (310) rounding out the top five. Johns Hopkins (178) made the most significant move, rising four spots to 14th, followed by Swarthmore (183), which moved up three spots to 13th. SUNY Geneseo (33) and DePauw (7) make their debuts in the top 25, coming in at 24th and 25th. Twenty-eight teams received votes in the November edition of the poll.
