The CSCAA works on both the front lines and behind the scenes to advocate for the sport. This means helping get new programs off the ground and fighting to preserve those that are vulnerable. The CSCAA also provides a voice for college coaches to the NCAA, campus leaders and the broader swimming and diving community in areas ranging from championship access to recruiting.
