Virginia Women and Texas Men Top November Division I Poll

November 13, 2025 – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has released the November edition of the Division I Top 25 dual meet poll, with the University of Virginia women and the Texas men remaining in the top spots.

The poll is voted on by a committee of Division I coaches who evaluate and rank the nation’s top 25 dual meet teams. Considerations include head-to-head dual meet results, recent performances since the previous poll, season-long outcomes, dual meet records, roster changes (such as injuries), and data from the SwimCloud Simulator. It is important to note that the poll is not intended to predict championship meet finishes.

On the men’s side, Texas (400) remains atop the rankings, receiving every first-place vote. Arizona State (382) moves up one spot to take the number two position, followed by Indiana (365) at number three. Florida (338) holds steady at number four, while Louisville (335) climbs seven spots to break into the top five. Auburn also made a significant jump in the poll, rising from 20th to 15th. Arizona (127) and Northwestern (56) make their season debuts at 18th and 24th, respectively. In total, 31 teams representing five conferences received votes in the men’s poll.

On the women’s side, Virginia (425) continues to hold the top spot in the November rankings. Texas (408) remains in second, while Louisville (389) jumps four spots to third. Stanford (372) sits at number four, with NC State (342) rounding out the top five. LSU (258) and Auburn (219) made the most significant moves up the poll, climbing 10 and seven spots, respectively. Overall, 32 teams from six conferences received votes in the women’s poll.
