This event covers key business matters specific to each division, provides a platform to vote on issues shaping the future of our sport, and honors those who have made a lasting impact.

Coach Registration:

Price includes access to all education sessions, the vendor area, opening happy hour, closing happy hour and one ticket to the Annual Awards Banquet dinner.

• First coach: $399

• Additional coaches: $299

• Coach Academy: $199

  • The CSCAA Coach Academy is a specialized program designed for coaches in their first five years on deck. This certification program equips you with the essential skills to advance your career and build confidence as a leader. Through a carefully crafted curriculum, you'll master both the art and science of being a successful college coach!

Vendor Registration:

Vendor registration includes booth with basic wifi, a ticket to the Annual Awards Banquet and use of the convention app.

The CSCAA Annual Awards Celebration

The CSCAA Annual Awards Celebration is the highlight of the year, bringing the collegiate swimming and diving community together to honor the incredible accomplishments of our season and our sport’s rich history. We hope you'll join us for this special occasion!

CSCAA Major Award Winners

The CSCAA will honor individuals with five prestigious association awards, recognizing some of the most outstanding contributors to our sport:

• Ben Franklin Award – Celebrates pioneering individuals who have made a lasting impact on swimming and diving.

  • Sid Cassidy (NC State University and St. Andrews School)

• Richard Steadman Award – Recognizes a person in our sport who spreads happiness and positivity.

  • Rob Butcher (Swim Across America)

• Charles McCaffree Award – Honors an individual connected to our sport who has achieved greatness outside the pool.

  • Dr. David Scott (Army West Point)

• Lifetime Achievement Award – A tribute to a coach with a lifelong commitment to the sport through a successful coaching career.

  • Anne Goodman James (Colorado College)

• National Collegiate Trophy – Voted on by the membership, this award honors the individual who has made the greatest contribution to collegiate swimming and diving.

  • Adam Soldati (Purdue University)

CSCAA Division III Hall of Fame

The Hall honors and celebrates the swimmers, divers, and coaches who have made a significant impact on the sport of swimming and diving within the division. Those enshrined in the hall represent the best of the best in aquatics and serve to inspire the next generation in the sport. The CSCAA will recognize the inductees at the Annual Awards Celebration. CSCAA Service Awards

The CSCAA is thrilled to celebrate members achieving significant milestones in their coaching careers. At the Annual Awards Celebration in May, coaches who have dedicated at least 15 years to College Swimming & Diving and submit an application will be recognized in front of their peers. All coaches (head, assistant, diving, and associate) are eligible for these awards, and in order to be recognized, coaches must:

• Have coached at the collegiate level for a minimum of 15 seasons (can include multiple institutions, non-consecutive years, and all positions—head, assistant, director, etc.);

• Be a current member of the CSCAA and consistent member during their career;

• Service Award Applications are due no later than April 4, 2025
