Queens Rule Top Spots in DII Preseason Dual Meet Poll
October 16, 2019 - The CSCAA/TYR Top 25 Division II Preseason Poll list Queens University of Charlotte in the number one spot for both the men and women. The Royals carry their momentum into this season as they also finished the 2018-2019 season on top of both polls.
Voted number two in the Women's DII poll, 10 points behind Queens, was UC San Diego. Drury, Nova Southeastern and West Chester take the third, fourth and fifth slots on the women's side. The Queens' men held onto the number one spot, coming off an impressive 2018-2019 season, but sitting only five points back in the number two spot is Indianapolis. Delta State, McKendree and Grand Valley round out the top five spots for the men.
The poll aims to measure the top teams in head-to-head competition.The rankings are voted on by CSCAA-member coaches and the next poll is scheduled for release on November 11th.
