Tuesday 11/10: Russell Mark - 3 Keys to Each Stroke
One of the all-time favorite speakers, USA Swimming's Russell Mark never fails to deliver an impressive explanation of some of the finest fine-tuning technical tips. In this session, Russell focuses on 3 fundamental focal points in each stroke. As many of our teams are just now getting back into the water - seeing your swimmers again for the first time offers the opportunity to introduce yourself to their strokes, and refresh yourself on improvement points.
Wednesday 11/11: What Have We Learned from Recruiting During Covid - Dan Kessler (FSU)
Recruiting is hard enough! Now throw in closed campuses, no contact, no trips or travel, and rules that seem to change every week. How do you recruit, much less stay sane and focused?! Dan Kessler leads an open panel discussion on the new best practices and forming common threads to improve your operation in an insane situation.
