CSCAA and arena Announce New Ways of Wellness Initiative

together, are presenting the Ways of Wellness (WOW) program at the 2023 CSCAA Annual Meetings in Orlando, Florida. In its inaugural year, Ways of Wellness will provide coaches a variety of programs designed to support their overall well-being. This program falls in line with one of arena’s core values (responsibility), helping those in the swimming community move toward being the best version of themselves.
The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced a new partnership with arena USA Swimwear. CSCAA and arena will launch the inaugural Ways of Wellness initiative at the 2023 Annual Meetings in Orlando, Florida from May 7-10, 2023.
Ways of Wellness is dedicated programming that places an intentional focus on mental health during CSCAA Annual Meetings. Throughout the Annual Meetings CSCAA members will experience thoughtful programming related to the well-being of coaches that includes morning yoga, chair massages, a presentation by the NCAA Science Sport Institute, a Rest and Reset Zen Den and a variety of other elements that can help support individuals, off the deck.
“We talk with coaches on a regular basis that are doing their best to support their student-athletes. While that is the primary objective of all coaches, it is imperative they take time to take care of themselves. Through conversations with arena, it became clear we are very much aligned on this objective. Together, we could not be more excited to launch Ways of Wellness at the 2023 Annual Meetings and know this is only the beginning of a very important emphasis on coach well-being.” said Samantha Barany, Executive Director of CSCAA.

The 2023 CSCAA Annual Meetings & Convention will be held May 7-10, 2023 in Orlando, Florida.
