Post NCAA DIII Championship Long Course Meet Information

The Greensboro Aquatic Center and the Greensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau, with support from the CSCAA, will host a long-course time trial following the 2016 DIII NCAA Swimming and Diving Championship.  The meet is open to all participants in the meet*, along with those athletes on DI and DII NCAA teams in North and South Carolina.  The meet will be held Sunday, March 20.  Warm-ups will begin at 8:00 a.m. The meet will begin at 9:30 a.m.  
 
The meet will be held under the Approval of USA Swimming, Inc., issued by North Carolina Swimming.  Queens University Swimming will serve as the NC Sanction host.
 
Thank you to the staff of the Greensboro Aquatic Center, as well as to the Greensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau and Queens Swimming.  Special thanks to our partner Speedo USA for their financial support enabling the CSCAA to underwrite the cost of the meet.  No meet fees will be collected from participants because of this support of all involved.  If you have parents and spectators who will require lodging and meal options please direct them to the Greensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau Website.

*Please Note: All championship participants are allowed to compete in the meet per the meet information, but the NCAA compliance parameters for their participation differ depending on their status in relationship to the blanket waiver. (IE Coaching and Institutional support are based on the whether or not the athlete meets the waiver requirements) o ensure participation by your athlete(s) falls within the framework of the waiver and all NCAA bylaws please work with your on campus compliance officer to submit related questions through the RSRO compliance interpretation request process. The CSCAA cannot provide NCAA legislative or compliance related interpretations.  The NCAA DIII Association and Membership Affairs Staff is aware of the competition.
