In addition to multiple sessions geared towards coaches of both swimming and diving, for the second year we have sessions specifically for diving coaches.

Keynote: Sue Enquist, UCLA, In 2006 Sue retired with the highest winning percentage in the history of DI Softball, more national titles (11) and more Olympians (15) than any other coach in NCAA Softball History. Co-Designer of the Wooden Leadership Academy, former Professional Surfer and inductee of the International Women’s Sports Hall of Fame.
Becky Burleigh, University of Florida, 2015 SEC Champions, NSCAA Soccer Coach of the Year after leading her team to the NCAA Championship, Coach of Abby Wambach and numerous other professional and US National Team members.
Erica Cenci, Cenci Coaching, Former Big Ten Finalist and NCAA Qualifier consultant to Toro, Progressive Insurance, Amazon, ING
Nick Folker, Bridge Athletic, a part of 7 NCAA Championship Teams at Cal between Swimming & Diving and Water Polo he’s helped place 25 Athletes on Olympic Teams.
Katie Hazelton, Duke Diving Program Director, Originally from England, Katie became the director of Duke Diving in 2013. Before moving to the US, Katie was the Diving Technical Operations manager for the London Olympics and Paralympic Games. Coach Hazleton spent 4 years working for British Swimming and Diving part of which was spent as the Diving Talent Development Officer for the organization.
Rich MacDonald, Diving Coach US Naval Academy, In his 3rd season at Navy, Coach MacDonald has already been named Patriot League coach of the Year, and producing Navy’s 10th ever NCAA Qualifier this season. Prior to Navy Rich coached at Virginia, where at the time he developed the only two divers to achieve All-America honors in the program’s history.
Brett Ledbetter, What Drives Winning, Brett has worked with some of the top coaches in the country to determine the methods that produce winners in sport and life including Billy Donovan, Gregg Troy, Teri McKeever, John Smith and Sue Enquist
Yahya Radmand, Head Diving Coach NC State- In his first year in Raleigh Radman helped Rachel Mumma earn a sport on the 2015 World University Games Roster and followed up with a 2016 NCAA Selection. Radman has coached at Wyoming, Florida State and started his career at Indiana University.
