The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is delighted to announce the election of three new members to its Board of Directors during the 2023-2024 term. Rachel Stratton Mills, head swimming and diving coach at Northwestern University, will serve as the President-Elect. Kristen Murslack, Assistant Swim Coach at the University of Florida, joins the board as the Assistant Coach Representative. Adam Epstein, Head Swimming Coach at Keiser University, will serve as the NAIA Representative.
