2024-2025 CSCAA Events and Information Released
The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced that Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) will host the CSCAA National Invitational Championship (NIC) for 2024 and 2025.
The NIC, presented by Myrtha Pools, will kick off at FAST March 14- 16, 2024. The NIC is the largest post-season college swimming championship meet in the country, and it will bring over sixty teams and 800 competitors together to compete at FAST. Over two years, the NIC will bring over 2,000 spectators and swimmers to FAST and the great Ocala area.
FAST is the premier swimming and training facility located in Ocala, Florida. The state-of-theart aquatic center houses a 10 lane 50-meter by 25-yard indoor competition pool and an 8-lane 50-meter Myrtha outdoor pool that was used in the 2020 US Olympics Trials. The facility supports indoor deck space for 800 swimmers and seating for 2,000 spectators. Both pools utilize the Colorado Time System’s Gen 7 System and indoor and outdoor digital scoreboards.
“Myrtha Pools is excited to once again be part of the National Invitational Championship held at Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training. This meet is vital to Division I Swimming, and moving the championship to Ocala is tremendous for everyone involved. The Myrtha pool (at FAST) is a 2021 Olympic Trials legacy pool that will allow these elite student-athletes to access a secondto-none facility as part of their postseason championship experience. We are proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 2024 & 2025 National Invitational Championships,” says Mike Mintenko, Director of Sales at Myrtha Pools.
The National Invitational Championship is a postseason competition opportunity for NCAA Division I student-athletes. The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) leads the NIC. “The National Invitational, presented by Myrtha Pools, is one of the CSCAA’s premier events, and the demand to be part of this postseason championship is quickly growing among our memberships. After touring the FAST facility and meeting the staff, it was clear this was the best place to host the National Invitational moving forward,” said CSCAA Executive Director, Samantha Barany.
