South Carolina Men and Rice Women Take Home CSCAA Open Water Championship Titles

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) proudly hosted the Open Water National Championship today at the stunning Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. The event, organized by Florida International University (FIU), featured an exhilarating competition with nearly 240 student-athletes from almost 50 institutions, representing teams from all three NCAA divisions.

NIC Spectator Policy Announced

General spectators will not be permitted at the the 2022 National Invitational Championship. This decision has been made as a result of local health guidance, the growth of the championship, and a need to utilize spectator seating for student-athletes. The Championship will be streamed live, March 10, 11 and 12th at www.cscaa.org.

CSCAA Opens Call for Presentations

The past year has provided society the opportunity to reevaluate, reinvent, and reimagine previously held assumptions. Grand Valley Men, Rice Women Capture Open Water Titles

Moritz Bartels of Grand Valley State University and Taylor Pike of Texas A&M captured individual titles while Rice University and Grand Valley won team titles at the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Open Water Championship at Lone Star Lake in Lawrence, Kansas. The top five finishers for each gender earned automatic invitations to the USA Swimming 5K Open Water Championships.
