The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced Scholar All-America honors for spring 2021.

Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring grade point averages and represent 17,982 student-athletes.

The teams represent 476 institutions from across all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA Divisions. To earn the honor, teams were required to post a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the Semester that coincides with the national championships.
